The Story Behind ReachBoost
ReachBoost started with a frustration we experienced ourselves.
Before building the platform, we used different outbound tools for sales, recruitment and lead generation. They helped automate individual tasks, but managing multiple accounts, channels and clients quickly became unnecessarily complicated.
Campaigns lived in separate workspaces. Important notifications were easily missed. Integrations were limited. And as the number of clients and senders increased, so did the amount of manual work required to manage everything.
Most tools were built around a single channel or individual sender. Very few were built around the way agencies actually run outbound.
We believed that could be done better.
It Started in an Attic
Like many software companies, ReachBoost started small.
Our first version was built in an attic in the Netherlands. We wrote code, tested campaigns and spoke with teams using outbound to generate leads.
Those early conversations made one thing clear: agencies did not simply need another automation tool. They needed one place to manage outbound across multiple clients, senders and campaigns without turning their operation into chaos.
That became the foundation of ReachBoost.
Built by Three Founders With Different Expertise
ReachBoost was founded by Sam, Justin and Ben.
Sam
Sam’s background is in SaaS sales, recruitment and automation. His experience with outbound sales helps shape how campaigns, conversations and lead-generation workflows work inside ReachBoost.
Justin
Justin is responsible for the technical side of the platform. He turns agency feedback into reliable software and makes sure ReachBoost continues to improve as the number of senders and campaigns grows.
Ben
Ben focuses on marketing, positioning and growth. He works closely with agencies to understand what they need and translates those insights into the way ReachBoost is positioned and developed.
Together, we combine product development, outbound sales and marketing expertise. That allows us to look beyond individual channels and understand how email, LinkedIn and the rest of an agency’s outbound operation should work together.
Why We Decided to Focus on Agencies
In the beginning, ReachBoost was used by different types of customers, including founders, recruiters and sales teams. But the more agencies we worked with, the clearer our direction became.
Agencies need to manage multiple clients, senders, mailboxes, campaigns, conversations, team members, integrations and reporting. Most outbound tools are designed around individual teams or individual channels. We wanted to build the platform around the agency instead.
That decision changed everything, from our pricing and dashboard to our integrations, support and product roadmap.
Building ReachBoost Together With Agencies
ReachBoost is developed together with agencies running real outbound campaigns for real clients. Their feedback directly influences what we build next.
Features such as the agency portal, unified inbox, automatic tasks, team permissions, APIs and webhooks exist because agencies told us where their biggest operational problems were.
We also help agencies migrate campaigns, connect ReachBoost to their workflow and structure their outbound operation more efficiently.
Built for Multichannel Outbound
ReachBoost has grown into a multichannel outbound system built for agencies managing multiple clients, senders and campaigns.
Today, ReachBoost brings outbound channels together with client management, campaign automation, conversations, enrichment, integrations and reporting. Native email and LinkedIn are both part of that system.
LinkedIn remains an important channel inside ReachBoost, with dedicated account infrastructure, safety controls and native LinkedIn actions. Email adds the scale and flexibility agencies need to build complete multichannel campaigns.
The goal is not to replace every specialist tool. It is to give agencies one central platform for running and managing outbound across clients and channels.
Our Vision for the Future
We believe outbound should operate as one connected system instead of a collection of isolated tools.
Campaigns, conversations, lead statuses, email, LinkedIn and results should work together and connect directly with the systems an agency already uses.
We also believe automation should support human conversations, not replace them. The goal is to create relevant conversations with the right people and make those conversations easier to manage at scale.
We Are Just Getting Started
ReachBoost has grown considerably since the first lines of code were written in that attic. We still work closely with our customers, listen to their feedback and build around the problems agencies encounter every day.
We are building a multichannel outbound platform for agencies, one place to manage clients, senders, campaigns and conversations across email and LinkedIn.
